Office Administration
The Office Administration consists of the Assistant to the Rector, the Office Administrator, the Treasurer, and the Volunteer Coordinator, plus a number of other volunteers. Finance Team
The Finance Team's primary purpose is to ensure the financial health and stability of St. Alfred's by providing accurate data and expert guidance for the Vestry while complying with all appropriate Diocesan and financial regulations. The team includes the Counters, who are responsible for counting, recording, and depositing donations, and the Finance/Budget Team, whose members prepare financial reports, monitor the Church's financial status and prepare the annual budget. Vestry
The Vestry is a group of nine lay members (along with the Rector, who presides, and the Clerk, who records the minutes) that is responsible for overseeing St. Alfred’s temporal affairs, such as finances, property, and overall mission. Vestry members serve three years and are elected by the church membership at the annual meeting in January. Learn more about Church Leadership and Administration.
